was very bad juan moreno put me on hold for 35 min when i called back i was told he left his desk every one i have talked to in this company are full of sh// because all i needed was a ? answered and all they would say was i cant tell you and when you call and try and find a manager to tell how you ere treated they dont call you back they act like they are hiding from you because they know they are wrong and dont want to man up and admit they are screwing you

I did received my free credit report and there was a charge there for $25 that I had never heard of. I called the company and spoke to Linda. She was very friendly and helpful. She researched and found that it was an old parking ticket..thinking one of my sons or exhusband drove my car and threw the ticket out and never paid it because it wasnt mine. I paid it , and she let me know that she could not delete teh negative from my report, only mark it paid. Their client was the only one who could remove it. i get it. that is fa... read more

After being falsely accused by the company (Crystal Property Management) Union Adjustment was collecting for and proving that I did not owe CPM any money and in fact receiving from CPM what was owed to me, Union Adjustment Company has yet to remove those false charges from my credit report. In fact, Union Adjustment Company lied to Equifax and Experian claiming that after we (me and Union) came to a resolution, I disputed the charges. What resolution? After proving that the charges I was being billed for were false, Union Adjustment Company has yet to remove them. I am currently filling a complaint with the BBB (and if you look them up on the BBB website they have a current F rating) I am also disputing those charges with Experian and Equifax. Please just pass them on by. And those of you that have collection accounts with them, please make sure that Union removes those charges off of your credit report, if you don't, they might just keep the charges on there.
