RUDE...doesn't even begin to say what the employees are at this place. I've been their customer for over a year and decided I needed to refinance my car for a MUCH better interest rate. ALL payments have been made on time. It took them over a month to send my payoff to my credit union, and only after threatening to come in and wait while they faxed it over, did anything get done. Stay AWAY from this company!! The people in the office are useless and have no idea how to do anything, not to mention EXTREMELY RUDE! All they want is your money! If you are a day late they will turn your car off and then "forget" to turn it back on. If you call to talk to a manager about your problem, she will try to over power you and tell you it's all your own fault that they cannot do their job. if you dont pay all of your payment. these people will harrase you. They have harrased me over someone-else bill. all he owed was 37.18 from his last month payment. They have called everyone not just me over his bill of 37.18 they also was going to repo his car over 37.18. do not deal with these people or you will be harrased.
