I got a groupon months ago for this place and forgot to use it. I was notified on the last day of the year that it was going to expire so I called and they fit me in. The next day I was running an hour behind and they re-scheduled without any question. The consultation was informative and the tech was genuinely congenial. After the procedure, which was quick and tolerably uncomfortable, the beautiful tech stayed and spoke to me for a few minutes to keep me seated (so that I wouldn't immediately fall down). I did my research on laser type and quality...and Medermis uses the top of the line MedLite Laser System. Their staff is friendly and experienced. I have had 4 treatments thus far and I am very happy with the results (about 85% gone). I drive in from the Clear Lake area and don't mind doing so for quality work and experienced staff.
