I've got uniline blinds throughout my house, these were less than 2 years old when they first broke, two seperate tracks breaking in the exact same way an manufacturer denying to fix/replaced them as they believe this is the fault of the user even though we are very careful without blinds and take great care of our assets. But the truth is they just make a weak product that has failed through normal use cases.
