Pure garbage
We had our household items shipped from CA to ID, Aug 2025. A Relocation Consultant from Armstrong came to our home and gave us an estimate for our shipment. We were assured by this consultant numerous times that we wouldn't need to worry about anything, that everything will be handled very carefully and professionally. After we unpacked all the boxes, we had one broken outdoor dining chair, two broken lamps, a 32 in Roku TV, and a 55 in Samsung Frame TV, that were damaged or not working.
