Contracted for cross country move, still have our belongings, no delivery date in sight, may have to move to a 3rd Airbnb. Packed us 2/12 in New Orleans, contacted delivery 2/18-2/21. Never even left New Orleans till 2/23. We flew to CA 2/13 to wait for truck, had to move to a 2nd Airbnb, and looking to be forced to move to a 3rd. I have left this following google review - I will gladly update it once it is resolved. But we need to fix our stuff and you have had ample time to resolve the matter. We moved from South Africa to America and we insured the shipment with Unigroup (1 Premier Dr, Fenton, MO 63026). The claim was put in middel Feb - many promises later and we still need to hear from them - every week we will hear from them the next week - my wife got all the prices (not exorbitant) to make it easy.
