m giving a low rating due to incorrect information..We were told by the agent that because we were traveling international, all bags were checked free....Not so--only one..We paid a lot for the addtional bags that had we known we could have avoided..Also, when booking the flight, (5 months in advance) we were asked where we wanted to sit..I said front of plane or back does not matter..However, I DID NOT want to be over the wing...I had all 6 flights seated directly over the wing..If this was something beyond the agents abili... read more
