I felt so much better after our session, dry needling helps a lot. I even work out for 2 hours after. Regretting that I put it off for a while.
Great experience at Unify! Patrick was very thorough in his exam and explanations, and created a plan I feel confident in to help with my back pain. He also did cupping and dry needling in the area, which gave me some immediate relief.
Very helpful evaluation with Patrick. He gave good information and gave suggestions for me to do exercises at home. Whitney is at the front desk and is very welcoming. Cost feeling and personalized.
Patrick is wonderful. I’m a runner and used to be a triathlon goer. But now I’m a dad with my 3rd kid with very little core strength I called because I was having back pain when picking up my baby. Although I can still run 3 miles my nagging back pain affected my time with the family. This is more than PT. It’s the dream team of allied health.
