This credit union offers the WORST customer service. I had to call 6 times to get assistance and because of their poor customer service and time costing delays I was unable to perform the transaction that I needed to take care of. Thanks for nothing.
Worst financial institution I've ever interacted with. They reduced everyone's Zelle daily limit to $500 without proper notice and without making exceptions, and they charge members $20 for every overdraft fee. Some fees are inaccurate due to delayed deposits, processing time, etc. They have no grace when members are going through temporary financial hardships even when members communicate this with them. Tried to contact mortgage department. Can’t talk to any rep. It requires customers to wait for a call back 24-48 hours. Very unhappy about the service.
