Ran intu problem issues when I asked for help with Zelle over the phone of the main office of CommunityAmerica. Ended up getting their phone hanged up by them. So I took my car and drove to their local office in Tustin in 20 minutes (a lot faster than calling the main office on the phone). A young lady Kimmberly showed me with great kindness very knowledable about computers showing within a couple of minutes how I could get over my problem with Zelle. So this bank will use any reason they can to not give you a loan. It’s easy to say I’m a little tift about this cause I need quality finical product and they will not serve me under less than perfect conditions. I’d be willing to pay more in interest but I was flatly denied and not given counter offers. This to say the least is lame 😒 or dare I say super lame! Don’t bank where customer service sucks they are only open from 4am to 9pm went out to dinner last night card gets blocked such an embarrassing moment couldn’t even get of hold of customer support switching banks
