absolute garbage. they shut down my husbands account locking him from our funds and they wont let down the lock until we call with a phone number from a phone that was stolen. id give 0/10 but i cant go lower. these people are scammy and underhanded.
I recently had a very important transaction requiring personal help from ny Credit Union, Unify. Although I recently moved to the Concord area, I drove to the Brentwood branch. Once living in that area, I trust them. The minute I walked in, I saw Debbie and I knew I would be given the best of care. Not only did she walk me through my transaction, she has very personable conversation and a way to calm me as I was quite nervous. Keep telling me I inserted my debit card wrong. Which I clearly checked and made sure it was inserted as shown. Not sure if it's because my credit union has my card number entered in the back of my card and not the front but was not able to read my properly inserted debit card.
