I opened an account with my mother when I was 16 years old, and the contact number associated with the account is hers. However, due to a challenging and abusive relationship, I distanced myself from her once I turned 18. They shut my debit card down for one very small dispute. I have no way to access my money. They were suppose to expedite a new card a day or two ago. Instead of calling me, they sent a message in app saying my address needed updated. I don't check my app every single day. They should've reached out to tell me my address needed updated before they could send. My rent is due in 2 days, my electric is due, I have no way to buy necessities like food, gas, etc. This is unacceptable. I was all for the 20.00 to have my card expedit... read more
