The merger has been terrible. Revert lots of my contact info back to old information. Couldnt online deposit checks as it had unlisted my dba. I call for assistance and am told I will be called back in 1-2 days. 10 days later and no call. Call again and speak to aomeone higher up who tells me I need to contact local branch. So, I call the local branch only to be diverted back to the same call center situation. So, I have to go visit in person to get anything done. Customer service on the phone sucks already. They're new and whatnot but they are already not helpful in the slightest bit, have a don't care attitude, and never follow through when they need to put in a ticket to call back. There's no online chat option anymore. The whole switch from Unify to this completely SUCKS!
merge is awful, can’t see updated account balance after weekend spending, will be switching banks.
Great bank. Sad to see them merge!
Edit: 4 years after this I went to review them with a 1 star, not realizing I had already done so. Same review, same poor service. Hopefully them getting bought out will improve things. You can never talk to a real person at this branch, and even their customer service in California or wherever they are can’t help. I cannot imagine a less helpful financial institution.
