Was thinking of joining Unify, but after reading the reviews, No I will NOT !! Seems like a major inconvenience.. No Thank You..
My interactions with this credit union has always been nothing but positive.
I was just in the credit union a few weeks ago. They handled all my needs in a timely fashion.
Can't use any atms for deposits at the ones unify said I could and the only atm I had access to was closed, yet again. Georgetown, ky atm is always broke or closed and I've been hit with so many fees because I wasn't able to make deposits. Now, my pay is sitting for 4 days 'pending' because unify won't release my funds. If I could give zero stars, I would. Going to be changing banks asap, as soon as they finally release my money. I opened an account with my mother when I was 16 years old, and the contact number associated with the account is hers. However, due to a challenging and abusive relationship, I distanced myself from her once I turned 18. I recently attempted to access my savings and establish a new card, as well as remove my mother from the account.
