I have been working with Cristina A. in the Ventura branch for the last 10/15 years. She has helped me with two car loans and other miscellaneous bank stuff like wires etc. Cristina always responds promptly to my emails and she is always very helpful and professional. Cristina is a pleasure to work with!

everytime i call they are always very helpful, the guy i talked to Mack was very helpful and friendly which i really appreciated:)
Horrible bank. They are worthless.. ATM machines don't work. They have you going to 3rd party banks for service and they say congratulations.. you can use other banks? Well I'd rather switch my account to those banks. Their hours are extremely limited... They used to be a great customer service bank. Save your time and open an account at another Credit Union. Unify should just close their doors. They also only have one branch barley open.
