Staff is very kind and courteous and helpful in offering various assistance on products and programs.
This bank is the worst bank ever. I started banking with them when they were Concord Diablo Federal Credit Union back in 1990. They have changed through all the name changes. My complaint is, the fact that they have held my Social Security check in a pending status for 4 days, and when I called they said it would be released 9/ 2 the next business Day. They are blaming this on Social Security but that's not true. Social security notified it's recipient that the Social Security checks would be released early because of the ho... read more
Love this place ,love the people in it . They are always welcome us with a smile, and never mind answering our questions, even if we feel like it's a silly one. Been with them for years. Not going any plase eals.
