I just had the most pleasant interaction with Jasmin R. here at this branch. I was inquiring on a new account and she answered all my questions very clearly and even anticipated some before I could ask. Made me feel like a person, not just a number... definitely something lacking at my previous bank. Glad to now be a part of this credit union!
I Love this Unify branch on Crossover in Fayetteville AR. Although Arvest is much closer for me; the service is well worth a few minutes further. Juan and Jasmine are very polite and thoughtful, they work efficiently and I feel very comfortable there. They recently helped me get important documents notarized, which helped me more than I can say. I have gotten cashiers checks where other banks charge a fee, but not at Unify.
