We’ve had a positive experience working with this CPA firm, especially when it comes to our business taxes—they’ve consistently been organized, responsive, and professional. There was some initial confusion on our end when it came to our personal taxes, but they’ve been patient and willing to guide us through the process. We appreciate their support and the time they take to help us better understand everything.
Unify CPAs delivers outstanding service! Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their clients. Highly recommend!
Would not recommend, I found the process to be difficult to use them for our taxes. Communication was lacking. I did not feel like they tried to work with us to find any deductions, when I mentioned I was told they work with you the year prior, which we were customers of theirs then and nobody worked with us to help guide us. They over charge for what they offer and do not represent well. I can not in good conscience recommend them based off our experience.
While they appear knowledgeable in accounting, their approach felt overly rigid and lacked the flexibility needed to address the unique challenges of small businesses.
I don't even know where to begin. I came to UNIFY with our two businesses in shambles, as our last accountant screwed us up. Anthony fought tirelessly and after blood sweat and tears we are finally fixed and our books have never looked so good.
