My niece got a car from them took back cause of something that was a error on the other end and she still waiting for her money to come and she still haven’t got it they saying they don’t know what else to do but it’s got to be something
My friend have got a car with them they made her take it back and then she still haven’t got her money back and they said they keep trying out on card but the bank said they haven’t that they was trying to take and they will not write a check or anything

I was looking up the phone number for the office and was surprised to see the negative reviews. I have a truck and a car financed at Unifour. I have never had any issues with the office. However, that may be because if I had a problem making my payment in the past I had a valid reason and was cooperative with the rep I spoke with. zThis folks have no respect for their good customers. My wife and I have paid these folks faithfully for years. Then my wife s bank card expired and I forgot to give Unifour Financial the new card. When our payment didn t go through we called them to find out what went wrong. After a trip to the bank and three calls it was determined that the card on file had expired and that was the problem. I had to threaten these jerks with the BBB to get them to drop a \$3 fee they wanted to charge us for accepting our payment over the p... read more
