Had a great experience working with Down Range in ordering my Class A uniform for Cal Fire. I like that I could go in person to get fitted and physically try on the uniforms they have in stock. I lucked out and only had to order shoes and shirt. Friendly customer service but most of all, they got it all correct. Go to Down Range it’s worth it.
I bought a CalFire uniform shirt here and had it tailored. Unfortunately the original alterations needed to be reworked. The staff was very kind, accommodating and prompt in fixing the mistakes and made sure I left happy and with a quality shirt in the end. Mistakes happen, and how they are handled show the integrity of a business. These guys proved themselves to be top notch in that regard.
Staff was rude and not helpful. Purchased a uniform shirt and had it tailored. The shirt is so small and I can’t even cross my arms because it’s so tight. Highly suggest purchasing shirt elsewhere or taking your shirt to a seamstress. I also suggest not expecting to go in here with questions because they won’t be answered.
