This was my second experience at this store in a bout 2 years. The first was pleasant I work with the stores female owner. I went into the store last month with my 2 daughter's, there was a female at the register that just stared at us when we entered so I said hello. The entire time I searched for Navy scrubs I was never asked if I needed help, was there something in particular I was looking for or anything. Best Scrubs Shop In Town! – I can't tell you enough how amazing this store is, from the clothing and merchandise all the way to the management! Uniforms and More really goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Here's what really made me want to write a review: I went in there looking to buy a new pair of scrubs and a stethoscope. Response to: Worst Retail Experience in a Long Time – I am the owner of Uniforms and More and would like to explain the situation with the unhappy customer. His wife purchased a pair of black Dansko shoes, but he decided that he wanted brown ones instead. I told him that we would be happy to order them for him because he needed size 45, and we did not have them in stock. Worst retail experience in a long time – I had an awful experience at this store. I could go into great detail, but to make a long story short...I got burned by their return policy. They do not accept returns, only exchanges for store credit. This wasn't made clear to me when I purchased a $125 pair of Dansko shoes. Through the course of a 25 minute phone call with the store owner, I was called a "jerk" for even asking them to make an exception for a return.
