They continue to make great strides in their service and I have never been disappointed in the quality of the uniforms I've purchased. I absolutely recommend them.
The service is horrible. My son starts school tomorrow with no shirts. I place my order almost three weeks ago. I also went there to check on my order. That didn’t get me no where. I ask do they have a tracking to see where it’s at or how much longer. I was told no. This is a disgrace. This is not a good way to do business.
This is the worst uniform company ever. They call you to pick up the uniforms that are not ready, and they dont call you when there are there. Today, I went to get my money back and they said, the shirts are in, but they didn't call me. refund please.
HORRIBLE customer service! I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere. I refuse to stand in a line to ask a question! The website has absolutely no information on it and no one ever answers the phone. I had one question... ONE! And was IMMEDIATELY taken aback by the way the Sheriff officer spoke to me. While I understand this city has people on edge, I’ll never understand why no one here EVER reciprocates kindness. It goes a long way!
HORRIBLE HOW YOU DONT WANT TO ORDER THE DRY FIT SHIRTS FOR ASHE LOWER GRADES AND LH HAS THE DRYFIT TRASH TRASH STORE AND THEY ONLY DO IT BECAUSE THEY KNOW YOU HAVE TO GO HERE UNIFORMS THEN THE MANAGER TOLD ME I HAVE TO GO SOULTRAIN FASHION TO GET THE SHIRTS I WANT KNOWING SOULTRAIN DO NOT HAVE THOSE SHIRTS
HORRIBLE! I ordered 2 shirts and paid for them on July 10th. The stitching was awful and I returned them. I was told it was in the digitizing of the logo, and they would be re-done. Well, here we are about to enter October, and I still have NO SHIRTS.
