Amazing service and lots of great choices
This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with any company. The level of disorganization, unprofessionalism, and lack of accountability is honestly shocking. I placed an order for chef jackets, and when I arrived to pick them up, they were the wrong color. They retook the order, promised to fix it, cut the sleeves because only long sleeves were available, and assured me — repeatedly — that everything would be ready before my opening.
