It's ALWAYS a pleasure working with JR, he’s the best middle man I have ever dealt with. The customer service experience is at an all time low, JR has no competition…from anyone! He’s competent, personable, his response time is outstanding. He always gets back to me.. I never worry that I won't get a return call or email, that's huge! I feel completely taken care of every time we have worked with him which has been on numerous loans. JR IS AWESOME! and I’m confident he will live up to this review 😉
