Love the service we came on Monday and no waiting in line just walk in and you’ll get the help you need instantly.Super high prices but it is what it is. But love the service so much thank you!
Huge queue outside, extra slow service, a lot of red tape and double handling. Only one till working and the same lady answers the phone calls. Absolutely ridiculous. Also upsetting that the school being government entity, allowes for absolute monopoly on the uniform. The prices are so high. No second hand options available for year 9. Had we had another place to go, we would never have come to the U shop.
We went into the shop on Tuesday. We were served straight away, everyone was happy to help. Really appreciate the Customer service and advice on sizing. Thank you.
