My fiancé made a purchase at the Asheville, NC store and a 3rd item was charged. She got back to the car and looked the receipt over and noticed their mistake. She went back to the store to return the unwanted item that was charged unwillingly and they said they could not do a return. Shopped there once and the clerk scanned one item twice. Only caught the mistake after paying but was told there is no way to return my money and the only option was to pick something else from the store or get store credit. Essentially they stole my money. I do not want store credit. I had every right to get my money back after being overcharged.
