I had a very frustrating experience at this uniform store. I purchased a pair of pants, but due to how disorganized everything was, I ended up grabbing the wrong size. The racks were not arranged by size at all, which made it unnecessarily confusing to find what I needed. When I returned, I wasn’t even asking for a refund — I simply wanted to exchange the pants for a smaller size.
