Uniforms come back from being cleaned with burn marks on the shirts, and sometimes stains that were not there when picked up for cleaning. Shirts are usually wrinkled and sometimes placed in the wrong lockers
Used them for a number of years. One of the WORST businesses I ever worked with. Always having issues. Shorted clothes, not getting repairs done in a timely manner. Clothing very often were wrinkled and looked slept in. Made dozens of phone calls. Was promised to get things right but never did. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Switched to Unifirst because of a previous suppliers lack of service and missing items. Had to install one of the dispensers myself. Had their installer install the other one and he took as little bit of time as possible and half-assed the install. Unlevel and couldnt even bother yo cut tubs and use a zip tie. Emailed got the blow off email. Sent another email two days later and get a call from a Manager he said it looks acceptable. Wanted to argue with me. They lost one of my shirts 2 months ago. The driver brought a scan report saying my missing shirt was never sent back to them 2 1/2 years ago. I think it’s ironic that they make it seem like it is my fault the same day they dropped off some one else’s pants from a different company along with our stuff. If I could give them a lower rating I would.
Was never sized properly for the opening of the account. Had wrong sizes. Asked for items to try so we can be sized correctly. Was charged for them to be sized. Won’t refund. Ordered items. Were all wrong. They then lost our sizes that were provided from being charged to size. Items still wrong. Was charged for emblems and prepping for all the incorrect items. I will get a refund for this I’m sure but if this is happening at my level this company is ripping off larger companies for sure that this will slip through the cracks... read more
