Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Communication is nonexistent, promises are never kept, and every week it’s a new excuse. Uniforms come back dirty, missing, or not at all — yet the bills never miss a week. We’ve spent months trying to get basic service and accountability, and it’s been nothing but wasted time and frustration. If you value reliability or professionalism, look anywhere else. This company has completely failed to deliver even the bare minimum.
Predatory Contracts and Unauthorized Garnishment UniFirst is by far the most unethical company I’ve ever dealt with. They garnished my personal bank account — not the business account — for a service I never received, and I was never even notified beforehand. The account they went after wasn’t even in the business’s name, and the business itself is an LLC, which is supposed to protect against exactly this kind of overreach.
