Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Communication is nonexistent, promises are never kept, and every week it’s a new excuse. Uniforms come back dirty, missing, or not at all — yet the bills never miss a week. We’ve spent months trying to get basic service and accountability, and it’s been nothing but wasted time and frustration. If you value reliability or professionalism, look anywhere else. This company has completely failed to deliver even the bare minimum.
Predatory Contracts and Unauthorized Garnishment UniFirst is by far the most unethical company I’ve ever dealt with. They garnished my personal bank account — not the business account — for a service I never received, and I was never even notified beforehand. This place was a nightmare to deal with. Very unorganized and I could never get them to update anything but they are good at adding. We ended up owing a couple thousand because of their errors. Fast forward a year later and they put a levy on my account for a crazy amount of charges. Do business with another company that will be honest and not these crooks.
Their saleswoman (Lisa W.) came to my business today and asked one of my managers who handles our medical equipment and fire extinguishers. When he asked "do you mean who services them or who makes the decision on who services them? She got an attitude and asked to speak to someone else since they weren't on the same page. What an unprofessional way to act in a place you're looking to earn business in. Judging by the rest of the 1 stars here on Google, they don't care much about service and quality.
Whatever you do DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.... they'll loose your uniforms and charge you for it.. and you will never see or hear from the sales person.
