We have Shawn the best route man. He is pleasant and helpful. We enjoy seeing him weekly.
Horrible, the worst decision I've made in over 17 yes of being in business. The salesman told me something completely different than I expected.... please stay away from this company..they will truck you into a 5 yr contract and keep raising the price, while their service declines....
My husbands workplace started using this service recently. Well for starters it took FOREVER to get the 1st set of uniforms. The pick up is on Mondays and the delivery is on Fridays. The laundry person that picks up shows up before they are even open and waits at his shop so therefore on several occasions my husbands uniforms weren't picked up because the ONLY person there before 8AM is the manager. I would have to say that our experience with Unifirst and especially our route man, Adam, has been a breath of fresh air compared to our last uniform company. Adam is always spot on with our new employees and taking care of existing employees needs. Issues are handled very professionally and promptly. Riley Gardner Memorial is very proud to be associated with Unifirst of Waco, Texas.
Unifirst served our business well for the 5 year contract we signed. I sure it was up to us to know exactly when that contract expired however beware Unifirst didn't call us and ask what would serve us best and automatically renewed us for another 5 years. Pretty disappointing they pretty much wouldn't do anything for us. I'd really hate for another business owner to have the same problem we did.
WE SWITCHED TO UNIFIRST FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND SO FAR ITS BEEN GREAT. OUR ROUTE GUY ROGELIO IS AWESOME. ALWAYS INFORMATIVE ABOUT WHATS GOING ON AND ALWAYS ON TIME. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THEM
My experience with Unifirst has been outstanding and their service has been exceptionally better than our previous uniform provider. The initial ordering of our uniforms were hassle free with a rep coming on-site and personally handling all sizing and documentation. He professionally answered our numerous questions. I did business with the company for many years before price shopping them and finding them double the competition. At the point i canceld there sevice they told me Im under contract. However I never resigned a contract with them and told the sales rep repeatedly that I did not want to and would not sign a new contract. He brought a contract to one of my employees and got him to sign. I am currently fighting them. LET THIS BE A WARNING DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH UNIFIRST
