Terrible unethical company!!!
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with! There service is ABSOLUTELY terrible, they lie about how many uniforms they pick up and my staff is left maybe a few pieces to wear all week. complaints have been made and all they want to do to help is to try to hit with $8441.77 cancelation fee! BE WARNED AND RUN FAR AWY FROM THIS COMPNAY! RUN FAST!!
We CAN’T recommended a business that obligates you to stay with them for 3 YEARS contract and ask $7,000 fine. They didn’t even mention a contract verbally.
Be aware! These guys will sign you up for 3-5 years contract and if you’d like to leave earlier they’ll sue you. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
John has been taking care of Castaway Pools for years! Love him and the company.
