After getting bad service from my last uniform service, my company tried UniFirst. Right off the bat, their representative assured us we wouldn't have a contract. This was because of the horrible service we received from the previous company. They lied about the contract. Now it's 3 years in, we are still paying for this service even though we aren't using it.
