Been waiting months for my uniforms. Ordered in January. Pants are small despite ordering larger sizes. Brought me a blank jacket and despite having several shirts ready, when my pants order needed change, they canceled it and still refuse to bring me anything. Every time we call- including a supervisor advising I NEED my shirts at LEAST, every week the driver has nothing for me. Absolutely unimpressed.
We strongly advise caution with this company. Our original 36-month contract was signed under previous managers, Mario Boyd and Francis Finlan. Since they changed personnel, no one has been available to resolve issues. Now, the company claims we are on a 60-month contract, which we never agreed to. Despite paying every invoice for the last 3 years, they are becoming increasingly difficult to deal with. The new manager, Javier, is claiming ignorance of our situation and is not being honest. Duane was my UniFirst delivery driver and served us over here in Bithlo, I thought he did a phenomenal job I was the manager that would see him when he came in, owner wanted to change companies not up to me but I would have kept Duane he did a phenomenal job.
