I have nothing but praise for Unifirst Uniforms of Longview! The company I work for has used them for nearly 15 years and not once have I had to report an issue. Keith Ingram has taken care of us like we’re the only customer he has. One Christmas I’d special ordered a pair of coveralls and they came in on his off day. Keith went and picked them up at Unifirst and drove to Tyler to meet me to make sure I would have them in time for Christmas! After getting bad service from my last uniform service, my company tried UniFirst. Right off the bat, their representative assured us we wouldn't have a contract. This was because of the horrible service we received from the previous company. They lied about the contract. Now it's 3 years in, we are still paying for this service even though we aren't using it. They tell me my contract will finally be up in November and that it will automatically renew unless I send them a certified letter 30 days before. Completely unaccept... read more

I highly recommend UniFirst Uniform Services for all your business needs. They are very friendly and helpful and most of all consistent on service. Never leaving us hanging. Luis comes in and he is in and out and ALWAYS has a positive attitude and great personality about him! Great people, great company!
