I’ve had an awful experience with Unifirst. They dishonestly changed the contract rate, causing unexpected price increases. When I tried to address it, their customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive. To make matters worse, they consistently sent the wrong amount of towels but still charged the full rate. No accountability, no solutions—just excuses. Stay away unless you want to deal with constant billing issues and terrible service.
Customer service sucks! Collectively my team and i have spent hours trying to switch one of our satellite offices service address. UniFirst really doesn't care or is incompetent. Our old sales rep who is no longer with the company was awesome.
