Appalonia is the most delightful Customer Service representative that I have ever encountered. I appreciate the willingness and flexibility of UniFirst to send us emergency restock items whenever we need more.
My uniforms always smell terrible when unifirst washes them. Laundry is simple! Also, you keep changing our day and never meet your own promised service times.Have left me without uniforms for a week.

This place has the worst service I've ever had you turn in your uniform and you would get shorted the next week that they came back if you got any back at all it took months to get all my uniforms back the only way I did was i quite turning them in for cleaning I'd wash them myself after mouths of bitching at them in Finley got them all back 11pants and 11 shirts and 2 jackets a few months later I decided to turn in all my uniforms 11,11 and 2 them liars said I kept 1 a pair of pants and 2 shirts and they are charging me $16... read more
