I have been a uni first customer for 35+ years. Their service has always been top notch. The current service rep is excellent. Very attentive to be sure all items are on the. truck. If something should be missing credit is given immediately. He is very pleasant to deal with.
Excellent products (we get mats for our bookstore in heavy traffic areas, including entry area) — and the service is impeccable. The delivery guys go *out of their way* to get delivery to us when route changes happen and the home office for our local UniFirst has been understanding, kind, and seriously helpful. I would recommend this particular office of UniFirst, and the national company in general even if you have a tiny bookstore like mine. Unifirst has been providing uniforms and towels and floor mats and fender covers for my shop for something like 40 years. The quality and prices and especially the service is always excellent.
Ren comes in with a smile every time that I see him. Always friendly, talkative. Just a really nice guy. Always a pleasure
