We have a 5 year contract they raise their rates as they please. There was a time I needed to watch when they actually came. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Getting a hold of customer service is worse than a Dr's office also
As the owner of a locally owned business in Kingston NY , with 38 employees. I would recommend that you look at a different uniform company, Ever since Unifirst bought Ulster uniform we have had nothing but problems with their uniform delivery services. They pick up the dirty uniforms, but don't return the same number the following week, The have given us uniforms with the hems not completed on pants, they forget to get the uniforms from the dirty uniform hamper, they are quick to charge and try to lock you in on a 5 year co... read more
JUST AN UPDATE, THEY ACTUALLY SUED ME AND I DONT KNOW IF ILL NE ABLE TO CONTINUE KEEPING MY DOORS OPEN OVER THIS. THANKS ALOT UNIFIRST. I chose Unifirst after a couple years into my repair shop. I was promised the highest level of quality and boy was that far from the truth. Missing uniforms, repairs to uniforms that were never made even though I have the garment protection program! I chose Unifirst after a couple years into my repair shop. I was promised the highest level of quality and boy was that far from the truth. Missing uniforms, repairs to uniforms that were never made even though I have the garment protection program! Never the right amount of rags, missing floor mats, constantly trying to hide hidden fees and change the price.
