My facility has not received service in months. After reviewing recent invoices, I was shocked to see signatures from individuals who do not exist at our location. It appears that names were fabricated to falsely confirm weekly deliveries that never occurred. No one has contacted me regarding these issues, and at this point, I feel I have no choice but to escalate my concerns publicly if they are not addressed promptly. They treat their employees terrible. My daughter worked there for 7 years. She went above and beyond her duties. I admit she had a bad day. She was never written up and fired on the spot. They do not protect their employees at all
Worst customer service ever. Rep was argumentative and was not understanding that we just wanted to be put on a 30 day net. But the excellent management team acted quickly and efficiently and addressed my concerns asap. Hats off to unifirst management.
