I've dealt with UniFirst for a couple years now. I went through a difficult time and they have worked with me to help resolve my acct. Very caring group.
NEW EDIT: Still having nothing but issues. I pay the bill to the penny each month, now we have a credit for the exact amount that is owed and they are asking if it's okay to apply it? That's why I sent it... to pay the owed amount. The invoices still do not have the correct amounts printed, every one is crossed out and written in pen, the wrong rugs are still being sent, we have run out of shop rags 3 times. I have been trying to get another stylet of uniforms for the past half year and they act like they cannot connect the dots they brought me the wrong thing twice and when I asked about changing the patch color to accommodate the new color it seems to have crashed there system...? The route guy told me it would be about 1-2 weeks till I had my patches and when they came they had only put them on two shirts and they were still the old color!
