We got fitted for uniforms in March. Some of my guys still do not have all their clothes. Our clothes come back with stains we didn't put on them. Alot of the time we don't get enough back to get us to the next pickup and delivery date. The shirts are always so wrinkled that even after spending 15 minutes trying to iron them they still have wrinkles. If you want a uniform company go somewhere else.
I had placed uniforms with unifirst back in early march and my uniforms have yet to come in after being told one thing and getting phone calls saying something different and when I call I get attitudes from mark and Roy would not recommend this company for your uniform rentals for your company.

Augie Cortez is fantastic and does a great job of taking care of us. Any time there has been an issue, he has proactively caught it, then told me what he'd done to fix it and prevent it from happening again. It's a pleasure to work with Jennifer Kunderd (in the office) anytime I have a question about billing and our service agreement. In all, we have been very satisfied with the service we have received from UniFirst, and especially with the fantastic people we've gotten to work with!
