Chris Medrano has excellent customer service skills! The City of Menard Texas greatly appreciates his hard work and dedication to the company of Unifirst. It is because of Chris that the City of Menard has continued services with Unifirst.
We have been using Unifirst for a few years. We get great service and our rep. Chris Williams is the best ever. I hope he never leaves.
This has to be the worst company ever. Don't take my word for it do your research and look at the reviews online from different resources and the truth will be told. This is a very toxic environment you will be doing the work of two or three people due to the high turnovers they can't keep people here because they treat them so badly. EVRRY SINCE DENNIS TOOK OVER THIS ROUTE IT HAS BEEN A COMPLTE TURN AROUND. HE TAKE HIS TIME AND MAKES SURE WE HAVE EVERYTHING WE NEED. WAS THINKING ABOUT SWITCHING TO ANOTHER COMPANY, BUT DENNIS CHANEGED OUR OUTLOOK ON UNIFIRST. THANK YOU DENNIS FOR BEING AWESOME. DAN'S AFFORDABLE
Every time they do a drop off, nothing fits or is the right size. We have tried to cancel, but now are threating to take it to court if we don't take the clothing. We can't even fit into said clothing, recommend a different clothing site. The two men we talked to John and Mark were both very disrespectful.
We reached out to UniFirst to refresh our office services team on basic first aid, CPR, and AED training. Rebecca Perez understood that our training needs were different than what an industrial setting might require. She focused on helping us work as a team in not only an emergency setting, but how to provide safety in our everyday office environment. Now more than ever, individuals need to be prepared for life threatening emergencies and we are ready. Thank you Rebecca!
