Extremely long waits and incorrect sizes back to back . Have waited over 4 months for uniform and they came oversized and no company or tags on them.
Love our account manger, Drew Young always goes above and beyond. His excellent communication skills and customer service is unmatched. We couldn’t be any happier with our decision to use them. I have to admit, it was a rocky start with the sales person leaving in the middle of and before anything was delivered. But Drew stepped up to make everything right and hasn’t let us down a single time. Highly recommend this service provider.
I really don't know who would give 5 stars for the worst customer service you could get. You better pay attention to the contract that they give you it renews it's self every year and than when you try to cancel it, they will not call you back ,every time you call they keep saying account manager will call you back. We had called them over 30 times in the past 2 years and had no luck in getting it canceled. Biggest scam ever.
Unreliable and inconsistent, but don't worry! It's your fault not theirs...
Zach Butler is going a great job for us. Making sure we have what we need and if we don't he gets it for us.
