Unifirst is one of the WORST companies we've ever made the mistake of giving business to. Our uniforms don't come for WEEKS at a time. When they do come, only HALF of what we need until the next delivery is brought over. The delivery people are rude and unprofessional, the "contact" people don't answer their phones or send calls directly to voicemail. Worst company to have uniforms with. They bring other companies uniforms, they don’t come for weeks. Even after canceling, we still have to deal with their uniforms not being picked up and still getting charged even after telling them we no longer want business with them.
