Sometimes they show up and sometimes they don't. Counts vary from week to week, more than not the crew is usually short a pant or a shirt. Sometimes more than just one.

Unifirst is one of the WORST companies we've ever made the mistake of giving business to. Our uniforms don't come for WEEKS at a time. When they do come, only HALF of what we need until the next delivery is brought over. The delivery people are rude and unprofessional, the "contact" people don't answer their phones or send calls directly to voicemail. Worst company to have uniforms with. They bring other companies uniforms, they don’t come for weeks. Even after canceling, we still have to deal with their uniforms not being picked up and still getting charged even after telling them we no longer want business with them. Called last week to tell them they STILL haven’t came to pick their things up and I don’t want to be getting charged for the uniforms when we already canceled and they STILL charged our account and supposedly there was no managers in the whole building to s... read more
