absolutely the worst retirement company, website is always broken, and they inspire zero trust in the ability to manage money -- they can't even figure out how to put tax documentation online
Absolutely horrible website. My account had been unusable for months and support just tells me to keep trying and provide no substantial updates. Was told they have an IT ticket in but are able to provide zero details on the progress. They have zero communication method internally and there is no escalation path. Not on BBB. Avoid at all cost if you can.
Transfered my retirement to my bank acct. Took almost 3 weeks and they deposited 100 less than they said would be deposited. Going through the proper channels and reporting them to anything I can. Really terrible outfit. I needed this to fix my car and they cost me nothing but grief and ripped me off of the money I EARNED. I'd say more about them but it violates terms of service with Google reviews. After fees and all that they said I'd have a 100 more than I did deposited. Liars.

This company has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered — endless hold times, constant transfers, and representatives who either can’t or won’t resolve basic issues.
