surprisingly enlightening experience. The instructor created a comfortable environment that made it easy to engage and ask questions. It was worth the time and effort.

I happened to hear about Dawn and her work in passing over coffee with a new friend several months ago. I didn't think I would reach out. So glad I did! We live in strange overload times, especially around the holidays. It's nice to be able to not take ourselves so seriously and even chuckle at our own thoughts. Thanks Dawn!

I had been struggling with panic attacks for a long time and I tried just about everything and anything to make them stop!!
