I purchased a bike from Unicycles via a voucher scheme incentive offered by Barratt Homes. Once home I noticed a sound coming from the chain. I immediately called Unicycles. I spoke to Jason who refused to believe there was an issue and quite forcefully told me I was riding the bike incorrectly. He was incredibly rude to me when I said that it will cost money to drive back to the shop (an hour away). Lady is extremely Rude , misbehaved a lot , never facilitated ,worst Experience , ruined my day , she was behaving very wrong way with me , the moment I entered the shop she was just looking for a moment to fight with me , felt extremely vulnerable in the shop , horrible women . would never recommend In addition saw very true review of another 60 years old women who she misbehaved with , can’t believe it just happened with me same way Honestly being a doctor I would suggest she definitely needs treatment
