My god I have seriously never had such a great personalized session for massage. Her communication skills are above and beyond most therapists I’ve gone to, and her touch is adaptive for whatever you may need. I wouldn’t think twice thinking about booking with taelar, I wish I could give her a higher rating.
During the session, Taelar demonstrated a remarkable level of skill and expertise. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and preferences, ensuring that the massage was tailored to my individual needs. Her technique was flawless, combining just the right amount of pressure and gentle strokes to release tension and promote deep relaxation. She had an intuitive understanding of my body's needs and focused on areas that required extra attention, leaving me feeling completely revitalized.
I started seeing taelar this month and have been so much better because of it: I have never seen a massage therapist before and was always so nervous, but she was so inviting, safe, and energetically positive that I had an amazing experience. I’ve gone every week this month, and have been experiencing so much lightness, release of tension both physical and emotional/spiritual. I can’t recommend her enough! Love you taelar!!
Taelar is such an incredible body and energy worker. Her knowledge and awareness is vast, her kindness unparalleled. Taelar makes sure to adjust to me for my unique needs and makes sure I feel seen and respected at all times. I always feel so very supported in my healing journey in her hands. Taelar makes sure to be thorough in her sessions and it is clear she genuinely yearns for the continued health of her clients. I will continue going to Taelar for many years to come!
Taelar was is amazing! Opened my eyes to new ways of approaching my body through the way she sees her massage work! I loved my time while she work on me! Definitely would be my every time massage therapist, if I still lived in Lexington. You will love her too!
