Called to book a consultation for my sister. The lady over the phone then informs me that I have to make the full $29 payment, via Zelle or giving my card information over the phone. It’s to “secure my spot” but it’s not really for that reason. She tells me they do this because people in the past would book appointments and not show up which then ruins her schedule.
