STAY AWAY!!! Unico is a JOKE! The upper management care NOTHING about their customers. Will NOT return phone calls, emails or any such communication. This branch is the most poorly managed place I've ever seen. Our church has a loan with this bank, and it is definitely NOT a place to do business with. There are still banks who care about customers, not this one! One would think a bank like this would care, especially after they choke the life out of you with ABSURD amounts of money in interest; should be equal to EXTORTION. ... read more
I would give zero stars if possible. The staff there is not educated at all. Never seen someone denying to open a personal bank account of a resident from different state. I live in KY and wanted to open a personal bank account since I bought a business in Harrisburg. Uneducated STAFF!!
