Horrible car service. I ordered a car to go home and it had me waiting for 30 minutes and when I called back to ask what was taking so long it said that they gave me a lazy excuse. I ended calling another car service. Will never use unicorn ever again.

How you gonna tell me how to talk on my phone when I call then yall speaking Spanish like there not a such thing as non speaking customers get it together this is not acceptable and will cause your company to lose customers when it’s found out yall do treat non Hispanic customers as such
It's one of the worst car service it's so horrible I will never take them again.the person who answers the phone won't even give u a chance to talk.as u start talking they put you on hold and when you ask them for a receipt they told you have to say it at the beginning of the call when they don't even give you the chance to finish state what you need. All drivers should have the receipt books on them at all times today is the last day I take them
