It is nice to bank at a friendly bank who cares about their customers. I worked with Steve Venezia, the Upton Relationship Branch Manager, when I opened my accounts. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and gave me the help I needed to choose the best products for my family. I had banked at Eastern Bank and two of their predecessors who had been acquired.
