I have been at Uni Bank for Seven year because of my job. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. I always enjoy going in and taking care of our company banking. They all remember my name make me feel so comfortable. Miji is a professional teller. I feel so comfortable when I come to her. She always has her Contagious smile when she takes care of customer. All of staffs I met are friendly and helpful. compared to bank of America I had held a business account before I switched to uni bank, I feel comfortable to communicate all of bank tellers in Korean.
I recently switched our business account to this bank and it’s been great. I’m not sure what the other reviews were talking about but I haven’t had any issues with English there and on top of that everyone is so friendly and the customer service is great - I highly recommend trying this bank out!
PLEAS PLEASE PLEASE!!!! Get somebody ANYBODY. ANYFUCKINGBODY that speaks some English. Not one person in there can properly tell me what’s wrong or what’s right without repeating what they already said 5,6,7 times.
